I’m a former data scientist/engineering manager with experience in the Netherlands, Singapore, and Australia. Before transitioning into data science, I worked in policy—primarily for the Dutch Ministry of Justice. My work focuses on preventing gambling harm using machine learning, which matches my background in Criminology, Philosophy and Programming/Machine Learning. I’m currently conducting research with Prof. Dr. Reinout Wiers on improving the identification of online problem gambling.
