Digital Behavior Change Interventions

Our research explores the development of Digital Behavior Change Interventions aimed at health promotion and risk prevention, particularly among adolescents. Central to this inquiry is understanding the motivations behind risk-taking behaviors, which informs the creation of evidence-based prevention strategies. The integration of personality-based and motivational approaches with innovative digital methods, including game-based learning, seeks to foster self-reflection and self-control in young individuals. By examining the interplay between various risky behaviors and emphasizing positive behavior change, this research aims to design and evaluate effective prevention interventions.
